This Munchkin projector seems to have most of the bells and whistles. It is small, portable, has several sounds, a few rotating images, a timer and a night light.
The Munchkin Nursery Projector and Sound System is fairly small and has all the controls on the top of the projector. Around of the top of projector it has 6 different sounds. It has 6 buttons for the different sounds. The sounds include, ocean waves, heart beat, falling rain, white noise, 3 lullabies and 3 different Mozart songs (10 total sounds). Volume is also easily adjustable along with timers for 15, 30 and 60 minutes. There is also a night light near the bottom of the projector that gives it a nice glow.
As for the projector, it comes with 3 different images. one is an ocean scene, one is a jungle scene and the other is a night scene with sheep jumping (counting sheep!) The images are colorful and rotate, which definitely keeps the babies focused compared to a non moving image.
As mentioned above, there are 3 images or image cartridges. There are 2 slots in the back to keep the images you are not using. This gives easy access to quick changes when your little one becomes bored of the current image. The top of the baby projector rotates around to allow yourself to insert the image cartridge. The rotation also allows you to project the image at any angle needed.
One other capability of the projector is the optional voice activation. If you baby cries in the middle of the night, the projector can be set to trigger sounds and/or images.
All in all, I think this is one of the top baby projector/soothers in the market for what functions and capabilities it has.
It can be purchased on Amazon.comfor about $23.38.
